Six simple rituals:

1. Drink a glass of water when you wake up. Your body loses water while you sleep, so you’re naturally dehydrated in the morning. A glass of water when you wake helps start your day fresh.

2. Define your top 3. Every morning ask yourself, “What are the top three most important tasks that I will complete today?” Prioritizes your day accordingly and don’t sleep until the Top 3 are complete.

3. The 50/10 Rule. Solo-task and do more faster by working in 50/10 increments. Use a timer to work for 50 minutes on only one important task with 10 minute breaks in between. Spend your 10 minutes getting away from your desk, going outside, calling friends, meditating, or grabbing a glass of water.

4. Move and sweat daily. Regular movement keeps us healthy and alert. It boosts energy and mood, and relieves stress.

5. Express gratitude. Gratitude fosters happiness. Each morning, think of at least five things you’re thankful for. In times of stress, pause and reflect on these things.

6. Reflect daily. Bring closure to your day through 10 minutes of reflection. Asks yourself, “What went well?” and “What needs improvement?”

Damn anxiety is taking over. Feeling numb and empty. I decided to go back on my medications. I just hope one day my mental health won’t get in the way of relationships.

Kouki: I’m not angry. I’m just not good with people.

It took me a few hours waiting in front of his place last night to realize I was being stood up. At first I was worried that something happened, but hell I should have known from his past behavior what he was doing. These few days was total bullshit. I always thought deep down he could have been the “one”. But it had to take several chances for me to realize he wasn’t. I drove an hour and a half. waited. called and texted. Nothing. Not even an apology. I felt numb.

He is fucking STUPID. What kind of a person does that, and think it is okay? He does so much TALK, but does not actually DO anything. He is a load of bullshit.

So, I have came to the conclusion that he is not a good person AT ALL. He did not even have the proper consideration to contact me even till now. After some evaluation during my drive back home at midnight. I questioned, why the hell would anyone want to be with a guy like that? I would be degrading myself if I was with someone like that.

I don’t like being that kind of person, but I may just need to completely cut him out of my life.

I believe in karma, and I pray that one day when he falls for someone that person will just stop contacting him completely, or did it already happen?
